Late period, spotting, blood during sex- Pregnant?

Hello, please help me.
I am 18 years old girl and i had sex with my boyfriend lately, he usually had normal sex than rough sex but on yesterday (Feb 28th) we had rough sex without condom and i was bleeding during it (and its already about 2 days we had rough sex but the 1 first time of rough sex i didnt bleed). and the blood's color was bright red (i'm still bleeding in Feb 29th morning).
i'm scared weither i'm pregnant or i have a cervical cancer because i never bleed before (except period).
i'm scared to see the doctor because we're not married yet but i took 2 pregnancy test and both of them came out negative. is it just because we had rough sex or there's something wrong with my vagina?
do any of you have the best advice for me?
please help, i'm in anxious.

Hi I have a question. I got off the Implanon bc Feb 9th I started my period Feb 10th it lasted a week. I been have unprotected sex with my partner since it stopped. I was suppose to get it March 10th but im now 5 days late. On the day I was supposed to get my period I just had a light blood when I wiped. Nothing else for the rest of the day. That night I had unprotected sex and I bled but didn't continue to bleed afterwards. I take pregnancy tests but come out negative. Anyone know why? Or what is going on? Thank you! :)

Been getting my period around the 25th for the past 4 months. Didn't get my period at all in Feb. My Fiancé and I had rough sex today and I am now bleeding. Usually my period is a heavy flow right off the bat, but this is light.
I've been experiencing some pregnancy symptoms but I'm very realistic and know that they could be Symptoms of my Period too.
Should I wait a couple days to see if this bleeding gets heavier to know if it's my period?

In November, I had sex the first few days before I was supposed to be ovulating and the day after. My period was due around the 16th of December but still no period. I've taken pregnancy tests but they're all negative. I've been spotting for a little over 2 weeks now off and on and I bleed during intercourse. I'm not stressed and nothing in my life has really changed to be anything else other than pregnancy but I've taken 6 pregnancy tests and they all came back negative.

Hi there I my period was due 11TH of December and it hasn't come it's now the 30th of December my husband and I had intercorse last night and after ther was a teeny bit of blood it's now been 24hours and since then there's been no blood I have taken a few pregnancy test the 1st on showed up a faint line but the rest after that were negative I'm feeling so fed up and exhausted and my emotions are all over the place. With Christmas ect I've had no time to see the doctor has anyone experienced this before ?

Hey, I had very light pink spotting 11 days before my period, then light brown the day after... nothing until I had sex today and now it's very light pink bleeding again. I have had headaches off and on every day for 8 or 9 days, and I am extremely tired but can't seem to sleep through the night. Coffee sometimes makes me throw up or nauseous but not always. Would just like to hear some thoughts.
