Late period from stress or pregnant?

Very worried right now and just need so guidance. So on the 21st Jan, my boyfriend and I were fooling around and he came, he then washed his hands with soap straight after. About half hour later he fingered me. Didn't think anything of it so just waited for my period. My period was due on the 17th Feb, I took a test just to ease my mind and it was negative. I then took a test on the 26th of Feb to be sure, it was negative but I was so paranoid I thought I could see q cross which indicated pregnant, my boyfriend thought I was being stupid so we went to the boots pharmacy (only one open on a Sunday) and the woman said she couldn't see anything and I'm not pregnant as there was no cross. I'm 10 days late for my period and experiencing clear watery discharge? And when I google this (I shouldn't I know) it says an early sign of pregnancy?? So I'm freaking out because my periods late and I've also got a horrible cold at the moment and some say that could delay a period also? I just don't know if I'm stressing too much and that's what's caused a late period or if I should worry, please help!! I might be stupid because it was 30 minutes since he touched me but you hear all these stories of people pregnant from it so I'm a little worried. I can't go on the pill for health reasons and we didn't need a condom.
