Late period then light bleeding?

Hi!
I'm 29 and I have 3 children. A year and a half ago after the birth of my 3rd child I had the Essure procedure done. My last period was December 31st. My cycles are every 28 days. Last week I started feeling like I was having pregnancy symptoms (nausea, fatigue, frequent urination etc) and it dawned on me that I was over 2 weeks late. Over the weekend I took 2 pregnancy tests and both had a faint line but I couldn't tell 100% if it was positive. Monday I started bleeding very light but it was bright red and also today too but it's not heavy or a darker color like my regular cylces, it looks more like very fresh blood. I'm more worried about a ectopic pregnancy being since I have Essure. I have a doctor's appointment set for tomorrow. Looking for opinions, advice, or questions may need to ask my doctor (sometimes I forget).
