I had a missed period for two days and then I woke up the third day and then I had my period . Why was I late? & could I be pregnant even if my period was late but I'm on it now?

Being a few days late is not uncommon. Periods are not an exact science. Many things can cause a delay - illness, stress, a sudden lifestyle change, age, a hormonal flux/ imbalance. If you have your period there is no reason to think you are pregnant.
