Hi noreallyhere,

Thank you for your question and welcome!

Some of your feelings are perfectly normal! Not wanting to engage in sex when his family is around is normal. Stress and fatigue is also a huge factor.

But stress is always around us and you need to find tools to work with stress. Check out some ideas here, in our article called Tips for Reducing Stress in Your Life : http://www.empowher.com/media/reference/tips-reducing-stress-your-life

Also, what is your living situation? Why is family around when you want to be intimate?

With regard to your pain and loss of libido, you need to see a health care provider for this. Tests can be done to check your hormone levels and you may need a full physical to determine why sex is causing pain like this, particularly when you didn't have this pain before the last three months. You may have some kind of injury, you may have an infection or it could be something as simple as needing a good lubricant. Your health care provider can discuss this with you.

How does this sound? Will you go for a checkup?
