I would like the name of a highly rated/recommended Doctor/Surgeon, who specializes in 2nd myomectomies in NYC/Brooklyn area that also accepts HealthPlus.... Looking to get this surgery scheduled asap, thanks....

Your best place for this type of information would be to call HealthPlus for a list of surgeons in your specified area.
You can also find a surgeon based on specialty: http://www.facs.org/patienteducation/patient-resources/surgery/acsmember...
Lastly, ask your primary care physician for referrals and recommendations.
Once you have this list narrowed to a few surgeons, you can call this doctors' office and ask, "what is your recent record of successes and complications with this surgery?".
