I had my period from 17 feb to 21 feb.
And today on 23Feb, i lost my virginity and having a bit brown discharge. Is it normal to have brown discharge after losing virginity?
My boyfriend used condom, so do I still need to worry about pregnancy?

Hi there, I had sex with my boyfriend 2 times a 3 days ago, today after work I went to the bathroom and noticed a light brown discharge with mucus in it. We used a condom and he never came inside me (first time he didn't cum, second I saw him come outside). I also know there could have been any sperm in his pre cum since both times he peed before we had sex. I'm worried about the discharge, could I be pregnant some how? I've heard implantation bleeding happens after 6-12 days after sex and it's only been 3. if not what could this be from? (He was a little rougher than normal, could have have toar the lining and a couple days later it's coming out.)

We have done oral sex and now we decide to insert genitals (not completely) just some part of it I mean but we don't wanna lose our virginity too. So can you help me with that?
Will we lose our virginity just by inserting some part of it?

Hello CynthiaNyeint,

Welcome again to EmpowHER. I am glad you reached out to us with your questions.

You were not at risk for becoming pregnant because your boyfriend wore a condom. Continue to use protection each time you are sexually active.

The brown spotting is nothing to worry about. Some women will have slight bleeding or spotting during the first intercourse. It is caused by the stretching of the hymen, which is a very thin membrane that partially closes the opening of the vagina and whose presence is traditionally taken to be a mark of virginity.

Regards,
Maryann

Hi CynthisNyeint,

Losing your virginity has no effect on the length of menstrual cycle.
