Hi Jones,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Many things can be the cause of your lower abdomen pain.  Such as excessive gas, appendicitis, bowel obstruction and many other.  If the pain does continues it would be best to see your doctor and perhaps have imaging test done. Hope this was helpful?
