Today i woke up w a pain located in lower right abdomin. The pain felt like when u get a cramp after drinking too much water and running. it was dull and constant. If i am sitting down and get up the pain gets worst during the movement. now the pain is still dull and constant but feels like if its twisting. Pain also worsens when pressure is applied. I have no fever. I am a 25 yr old female and would like to know what could this possibly be describing and what other symptoms should i look for?

HI Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many things can be the cause for your lower right abdomen pain, like Appendicitis, Bowel Cancer, Constipation, Crohn’s Disease, Diverticulitis, Ectopic Pregnancy, Endometriosis, Hernia and many other conditions.  It's important to see your doctor and he might suggest having imaging test done.

Best,

Daisy
