Hi sakthi,
Thanks for your post, and for finding EmpowHER. I'm not completely sure what you mean about "imbalanced." It is very common for women to have breasts that are two different sizes. One often is larger or more rounded than the other one. And all women have different breasts. There is no proper breast size or shape.
It is good to know your personal "shape" so if you notice any changes in your breasts or texture of the skin there, you can consult with your doctor about it to make sure you don't have any infection or disease present.
For more information, here is an article that may be of interest: Breast Information: What's Normal, and Can They be Changed?
Good luck!

Hi sakthi,
As stated before, it is normal for one breast to be larger than the other. It's possible you may need to find a different type of dress that will fit you better and you may like if it fits you well. There are exercises and creams that make claims to be able to increase bust size, and there are inserts you can wear in a bra on the side that need "a little extra" to make your breasts appear closer in size in your clothes. Did you get a chance to read that article I sent as a link in my comment? The article may explain better about breast size and what's normal.
Being comfortable with your body is important. Do what you can to learn about it so you can advocate for yourself and your health.
