Hi,
I can appreciate your concern about breast cancer. Two things you should do is a monthly self breast exam and visit your doctor because of these changes in your breast( discharge and change in nipples). Visit the Breast Cancer page on this website. Here is the link:https://www.empowher.com/condition/breast-cancer. You will find information on symptoms, articles, etc.

Hi,
Nipple discharge in a woman who's not pregnant or breast-feeding isn't necessarily abnormal, but should be evaluated by a doctor. It sounds like you have inverted nipples. Have they always been this way or did this happen suddenly? Make an appointment to get some peace of mind.
