Me and my partner dry humped about a month ago straight after my period theylre was 3/4 layers of clothing between both of us I have took two tests which have both said negative and my periods are over a week late is there any chance I could be pregnant

There was no skin on skin contact and nothing penatrated he also said there was only pre-c he didn't ejacualte but I am scared incase the pre-c got through the clothing and I was also wearing a sanetry towel as we did this the day after my periods stopped
