My wife has severe menopause with all the symptoms; mood swings, hot flashes, low sex drive, etc. We tried the 'patch', but it didn't seem to work. We are considering alternative meditations, but there are so many brands we don't know which is the best. Amberen, Menoquil, Estroven are a few we have discovered. I'm not finding many testimonials about these, other than through their own websites. Which do you recommend? Please help.
