hi
i have irregular periods which come twice a year, we also tring to get preganant for the last two years but failed. my partner has taken all the test and there is nothing wrong with his health. i have being checked for hormones level and all is ok but am still not convinced. wat should i do to get pregnant?. i have a 10year old gal from previous relationship.

Hi Lish,

If you are only getting period twice a year then that means you are only ovulating twice a year. Were you on birth control previously? Have you been fully tested by your gynecologist to identify the reason why you're only getting two periods a year?

Once you've identified why your periods are so infrequent, then you can start working on treatment with your doctor and hopefully be able to conceive sometime soon.

hi rosa thanks for your reply, yes i was on an implant for six years took it out in 2007 and ever since i have being trinf to concieve and no luck. my irregular periods have being for a long time before and after inserting an implant.
