Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Having an irregular menstrual cycle does not necessarily mean you have reproductive issues. It is actually very common during adolescence and sometimes even early 20's. It is usually caused by a hormonal imbalances that correct themselves over time. To make sure its nothing more serious, I suggest you see a gynecologist and get a pap smear. Usually doctors prescribe birth control pills to regulate the hormones of there is nothing serious going on.
Below I have pasted a link to an article you will find useful. It lists all the possible causes of irregular periods.
I hope that helps.
