This is my second time menstruating this month of November, and it has been proved infectious.....please what tablet can I use to stop this menstrual madness

You must be seen by your gynecologist. What do you mean "it has been proved infectious"? Have you been diagnosed with some type of infection, such as a STD?

The cause must be determined. We do not prescribe medication.Only your physician can do both.
