Hi I am a 20 year old female with a normal blood pressure, heart rate and breathing rate. However since the past few months I have been having dull pinching sort of chest pain at localised positions in my chest which goes away within a minute. I also have dull pain in my left arm and neck sometimes. Plus sometimes my lower front teeth hurt a bit. I went to the doctor. Got ekg and blood tests plus thryroid tested which all came out fine. An xray showed a muscle spasm in the left side of my neck.  my dentist didn't really find anything either except for my wisdom teeth coming in. But I am still very worried because of my arm and chest pain. I also have bad dreams sometimes that make me feel really sad and anxious. Can someone please help?

Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Since you have eliminated most of the possible causes through doctor visits, I only have a few more suggests.
First of all the neck issues could be chiropractic related. Perhaps you have a job that puts strain on your neck. Perhaps you need a different pillow or mattress. Perhaps yoga, or regular stretching can realign your neck and reduce or eliminate pain.
Yoga, regular exercise and stretching can also reduce anxiety by releasing endorphins.
Chest pain can also be related to the lungs instead of the heart. If you have asthma or if you smoke, it may put a strain on your lungs. Also anxiety can cause chest pain. You can also feel referred pain in your arm because of the chest pain. With that said I highly suggest you have your lungs examined by a doctor.

I hope that helps.

Thank you soo much for your help and reply. So you are sure that there is no trouble with my heart? I experience a sudden pain in the chest sometimes when i change positions. Also mu heart rate varies alot through the day. For example my resting pulse is around 55 at night but can rise up to 80 even when i am sitting in the day
