I have been on Tri Sprintec BCP for six months and this month I missed two pills in a row during the second week of the pack. I missed Monday and Tuesday of the week, realized Wednesday morning and did not double up as I should have. It makes me feel nauseated and dizzy to take two pills at a time and my BF was out of town, so I wasn't planning to have sex any time during the next week. So I took Monday's pill on Wednesday.
Then my BF ended up getting back from his business trip early and we had sex on Wednesday evening. The next morning I rememembered I my missed BCPs and took two to try to catch up.
How likely is it that I could get pregnant?

Hi Anon,
Welcome to EmpowHER. It's unlikely because you missed two days of BCP you will be pregnant. Especially if you started again on Wednesday before having sex. There is a highly increased chance of pregnancy if you go without hormones for seven or more days in a row.
