In 2015, was on treatment for PCOS and I have been having regular cycles of 5 days for the last 1 year without any Medications. This month I missed my period but noticed thin clots while urinating every time. What could it be?

I was on my irregular menstural cycle adn done my ultrasound and found dat I have pcod but am trying to concieve since last 7 months. I consulted a gyno and she prescribed me Glyciphage and i started taking the pills. My mensturation happens only when i take tablets.last month i had a long cycle and for first week i found only spottings and as am eager to concieve i consulted another specialyst and she suggested me to take folinext tab along wid the glyciphage.. now also i have only spottings, what shud i do?? What shud i do to concieve???
