Missed pill and missed period.. pregnant? You

Sometime during the end of the second week and beginning of the third I missed a pill. As soon as I noticed I was off I took the extra pill. When it came time for my period I had very little brown spotting And very very little bleeding. I am on a pack with 4 inactive days. But I'm freaking out and have been stressing extremely bad ever since i noticed the extra pill..also had sex at the beginning of the third week of pills before I noticed the extra

It's highly unlikely you are pregnant but a test would be accurate by now and give you peace of mind.
