With PCOS, many women find It difficult to conceive at all. So, for the moment..try to relax. You can see your doctor in about 4 weeks for a blood test and he or she should take it from there. He may also recommend that you stay on the pill, so I think this warrants at least a phone call to your OB/GYN.

i had my period then once my period had finished thats when we had unprotected sex and with my pcos i dont know when my next period due ???? so the safest option is to use condoms until i can find out if i am preganant or not ???? !!!!!!

It is not recommended to take birth control pills while you are pregnant, however MOST women who get pregnant while on the pill do up until the day they get that positive pregnancy test. If you choose to stop taking the pils in fear that you may have been ovulating during those 3 days, then you should either abstain from sex until your next period OR use condoms for the next few weeks.

You will not get an accurate pregnancy test result until you have missed a period.

Did you miss more than one pill? Usually, when you miss one pill doubling up the next time you take it will help prevent pregnancy.
Until you can talk to your doctor, I would suggest using a second form of birth control (such as a condom) while continuing to take your birth control pills.
Remember to take your pills at the same time every day for maximum efficacy.
