Mom has PPA,aphasia. we have 24hr care.in home. cost is astounding .She has Long term care;they will pay some of it.

Welcome to EmpowHER. Sorry to hear this.  But it's best to discuss this with her doctor.  It all depends on her recovery and condition.  He can guide you more on when will she be ready.
