This is what she says," This teen appears to be having delusions, which may likely indicate a serious mental health disorder. He really needs to be seen by an excellent mental health provider so a comprehensive history and thorough mental health assessment can be performed. He also needs to be examined by his primary care provider to rule out any underlying physical disease or substance use that could be causing these types of thoughts."
