My blood pressure is 100/60 is that why I've been dizzy? What do I need to do?

If you have low blood pressure and are getting symptoms such as dizziness, your low pressure may be low due to anemia. This means you may not have enough iron in your blood. A blood test can let you know more. You may need iron supplements.
