After we have sex, bleeding started from my bf's penis, which is too much. After that the penis hole is getting bigger now. Kindle note, we both had sex once & first time. Please advice..

Welcome to the EmpowHER community. Thank you for reaching out to us. Your boyfriend must contact his primary care physician, report this and schedule an appointment to be examined. I do not know why he bled after intercourse or what would cause the opening at the head of his penis to get bigger.

One possibility is a tear in one of the fragile veins within the prostate, the organ which produces most of the seminal fluid following sexual stimulation. When ejaculation causes the prostate to contract, a vein can tear and cause blood to mix in with the semen, a condition known as hematospermia.

Hello Chitra78,

It may be that is why I suggested your boyfriend contact his physician. It is not normal for a man to bleed following intercourse.
