Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
First of all, its important to know that sperm can be damaged easily when handled. It also dies within a few minutes of being in open air. Since your boyfriend did not ejaculate directly into your vagina during penetration no pregnancy can occur. Outercourse cannot cause pregnancy.
