Hi anonymous-
My guess would be your boyfriend is just not ready to have sex yet and doesn't want to just say that because it may hurt your feelings, and more importantly, as a high school male, just isn't the "cool" thing to do.
If you really love him and want to have sex, you will let him wait. The last thing you should do if you care about him is to coerce him into a situation he doesn't want or is not ready for.
I understand your desire to have sex, but you need to think about the other person involved.
This is probably not what you wanted to hear, but I hope it gives you a good prospective.
Good luck and when the time is right, you'll enjoy it more than having it when your boyfriend doesn't really want to.
