Unfortunately there is no magic pill that will make your breasts grow. The only true solution to getting larger breasts is through cosmetic surgery. Plastic surgery is not something a lot of people are comfortable with, it has it's risks and complications, is very expensive, and there are no guarantees that you will be happy with the results.
If you want to go a more conservative route, you can try purchasing bras with padding in them that give the appearance of having larger breasts than you really do have. Luckily for you, these bras are very popular and sometimes easier to find than those with no extra padding.
