what sort of exercise would help me to lose the fat from underneath my arm pit it causes me to sweat and its a bit embarrassing i only sweat when im in the hot sun as i live in the Caribbean region. i've also realized that certain deodorants dont agree with me so i've switch back to my original deodorant and so far it has kept me dry but as soon as i hit the hot sun i start sweating. ive never had this problem until now tht i've gained a lil fat under the arm pit i would really appreciate ur timely response. the deodorant that i use is Lady speed stick (invisible dry powder fresh, 24H Protection)

Hi Keisha lee,

There are some great exercises you can do to strengthen those muscles to remove the tedious flab. If you have weights, you want to try some exercises from this site  http://www.traineo.com/fitnessarticles/how-to-lose-arm-fat-fast.

If you do not have weights, another thing you can do at home would be to sit on the chair with both your hands next to you with your palms facing forward, holding yourself up move your bum off the hair and do a backwards pushup.

What you should always remember when trying to lose the flab, it is that takes time but with continuous effort and a daily routine of these suggested exercises - in a few months, you will see results.

Hope this helps and good luck.
