My first day of my last menstrual cycle was 13th sept and i am pregnant! that would make me 4 weeks wouldnt it? my hcg level on 6th oct was 28, today (9th) its 132, is this level ok?? please help, i had a mmc 8 weeks ago and am so worried itl happen again thanks

Thank you for your question and congratulations on your pregnancy. Here is a great website that you can use the calculator to measure your HSG levels http://www.babymed.com/hcg-calculator.
For your information, your HSG levels usually double every 48 to 72 hours, so yours would be considered normal. When you first become pregnant, your HSG levels jump up pretty quick and then they slow down. Since you had a miscarriage before and if you have any concerns, please make an appointment with your physician. Your pregnancy should be monitored by your physician.
