Welcome to EmpowHER. If it is any consolation, we have been asked this question many times before. You are not alone.

There is no way to stop your growth. At the age of eighteen, you are probably at the end of your adolescent growth spurt.

How tall are your parents? Height does have a genetic link. About 80% of height is a direct impact of genetics and 20% is impacted by nutrition.
