It could be a simple hormonal embalance. Talk to your doctor about having some labwork done to see if they can find out the cause. They also have medications they can prescribe temporarily to bring on your mens. Your doctor will help you figure it out & take the necessary steps to get your body back on track. Good luck!

Hello Anonymous,

Since you are 21 years old, perimenopause can be ruled out as the cause of no period for two months.

A hormone imbalance may a possible cause. Consult your physician. Ask what he or she thinks is the cause. Suggest blood tests to check your pituitary gland function.

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Who ordered the pelvic ultrasound scan? Did your gynecologist or family doctor order it? Whoever ordered the scan and received the results is the person who can answer your question.

How old are you? I ask because missed periods are one symptom of perimenopause. Women can begin perimenopause as early as their 30s.

But, talk with your doctor.
