Guide

Hello and thank you for choosing EmpowHer,
The number one cause for pain in the joints is inflammation. This can lead to arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Sometimes the inflammation can be solved through lifestyle and dietary changes. For example, being over-weight can increase strain on the joints, so getting to a healthy weight can help. Also strengthening the muscles surrounding the joints can relieve pressure and strain.
The spice turmeric has a powerful anti-inflammitory agents can reduce joint pain if regularly incorporated into your diet. Eating a healthy diet with a high percentage of foods and vegetables can also help reduce inflammation in the body in general.
Another lifestyle change you may consider is your sleeping conditions. Perhaps you need a mattress that better fits your needs.
If the pain increases I highly suggest you see a doctor.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about arthritis.

I hope that helps.
