My menstrual cycle was regular these months, but there was some spots 10 days before the exact date but it was only for one day after that I didn't had menstrual cycle on the correct date there is a delay and today is 4th day delay. Why?

Most of the time a missed or late period is not a cause for concern. Our hormones dictate our periods. Many things can impact a woman's cycle. stress, a lifestyle change or illness, to name a few. So, it's hard to say why (exactly) a period might be late, if pregnancy is not a concern.
