Have you ruled out the easiest problems to solve first? Please talk with the hospital about the oxygen concentrator, and/or her doctor about her O2 levels dropping. This is important information for the hospital and/or her doctor to know first.

Please let us know what information you receive, and then we are here to provide any information or resources that can help your mom with further detail. We want to make sure the equipment is working first, and that your mom is safe and her O2 levels are known by her doctors...let's rule out these issues first. We look forward to hearing back from you soon!
