it has been going on for 5 days..on d second day she had a body pain,and then wen she too an injection it was gone.and a 103 body temperature on day 1,and she had sandwich[homemade.just before she had fever],bananas,apples
ON day 4 she felt a little better but den again on 5th day it has deteriorated]she has changed 2 doctors already..please lemme know wad is d culprit?

We will need more information before being able to help answer your question. Your question is wanting to know why your mom has "excess acidity with no burps?". I am not sure I am clear on what your mom is experiencing; is this a heartburn-type of sensation? Does she have fluid coming up into her esophagus that feels acidic?
Additionally, it sounds like your mom has some medical/health conditions that she is seeing multiple doctors for, as well as receiving injections. Her health has deteriorated, she is weak, and has an extremely high fever. What is your mom being treated for?
