My mom is I'm here 50's and she got this rash that is on her arms and her legs she has tried alcohol straight on it and rich cream and calamine and it just keeps spreading but it is not catchable cause she has shared a jacket with a coworker and worked

There are many causes for skin rashes - from poison ivy to allergies to dermatitis.

We cannot say what these rashes are or the causes; your mom is going to need to see a dermatologist for an evaluation.
