She now looks pregnant, has developed pain ,fatigue, and is losing weight. CAT scans, ultrasounds,colonoscopy, and other tests don't show anything. She's 80.

Did they recommend testing for food allergies? To see if this bloating might be caused by something she is eating. That might be something to try if all else has failed. You could ask her doctor. It sounds like she had all the right tests, so far. Keep us updated. I hope she will feel better soon.
