ask: My mother was diagnosed with Frank Dementia she needs help??

She was evaluated for Alzheimer's but showed negative for that. Instead she was diagnosed with Frank Dementia, and no doctor is explaining this to her. Please help her!!!! So we know which steps to take next

Does your mother have Parkinson's Disease? If so, then "frank dementia" is a term used to explain dementia that happens as a result of Parkinson's Disease. Dementia is something that happens to many people (thought not all) as a symptom of Parkinson's.
If she has dementia, then depending on the severity, she may need round the clock care, or moderate supervision (where she can live at home but will need help with ADLs (activities of daily living) and her home may need to be safety proofed so that she doesn't leave the oven on or turn on the bath and forget the faucets are on, etc.
How is she doing now? Is she living alone?
