Anon - We need more information in order to assist you. How long has your nipple been pink? Have you had any trauma to your chest that could have caused this, or did this just appear out of nowhere? What type of pain are you having? Do you have any other health concerns or any other pain points in addition to your nipple? How old are you? Are you breastfeeding?
