mannonmani,

Congratulations! You are lactating. During pregnancy, at any point you can start lactating. This is your body getting you ready for when your little one is here. You may notice that production increases when you are around other babies or even when you're thinking about when your little one gets here. The woman's body is an amazing thing and even our thoughts can make incredible things happen.

Best of luck with your future bundle of joy!
