Wait one more week, which would be three weeks since you took Postinor 2.

If you still do not have any vaginal bleeding, repeat the pregnancy test. For the most accurate
results, use a brand name test, check the expiration date, read and follow the directions carefully, and test in the morning using the first urine of the day.

If you get a negative result and have not had any bleeding, please call either your gynecologist or primary care physician for advice.
