Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thank you for coming to us for advice.

You need to be seen by a gynecologist. The menstrual cycle is regulated by a balance of hormones. With blood tests, a physician can determine why you are having two periods per month.

Schedule an appointment. With a diagnosis, you will have answers and less fear.

Regards,
Maryann
