My period has been every 26 to 28 days for 2 years the last three months they r coming every 28 days but lasting 10-15 days. Is this normal

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER. Not all cycles are the same.  A change in hormones levels can affect your cycles, such as teens and women close to menopause.  Other things that can cause changes are, losing alot of weight or being overweight, stress, exercise. It's important to discuss with your doctor, any new changes.
