Alright, this is all new to me. This is my only source, i cant go to the doctor because im only 17, and i always go to the doctor with my mum. If i went without her she would be suspicious, and ask a million questions. Plus, she doesnt even know i've had sex. I really need help.
On January 2, my boyfriend and i had sex unprotected for the first time ever, i was quite literally shocked and scared. The next morning i took the morning after pill - this was my first ever time taking it. About 4 - 5 days later i started bleeding which lasted about 4 days, (i also got cramping, which i have never before experienced with a period). My period date is usually between the 19 - 23rd of the month, in December my period came as usual. Only, its now the 12th of February and there is no sign of a period. Im starting to really stress. I have taken a home pregnancy test, in which came back negative. But the stress is starting to take over me. i cant sleep at night, this is all i can think about, plus im not eating properly. Please help me to atleast feel reassured.

Will it work even if your ovulating that day? And take it?

Hello again
There is no emergency pill that is a 28 day package - the 28 day pack is the regular pill, not the emergency pill.
What exactly are you taking to prevent pregnancy and how long have you been taking these pills?

If you are taking two pills, you take them 12 hours a part.
They have about a 95% success rate. Read the package to know about side effects and what to expect in general and remember it affects women differently.
Best,

Hi all, needed to know what are your thoughts - Had a normal period May 30 to June 4 (I usually bleed for only 5 days). I had sex on June 19, the condom broke. I took the morning after pill the next day, more than 24 hrs after. On June 22, I started spotting, and this turned into a period-like bleed that lasted until July 2. From what I have been reading, this was not my "real" period. It is now July 16, almost 1 month since taking the pill. Shouldn't I have a normal period by now? I'm nauseated all the time now, and have vomited twice already Should I take a pregnancy test? or wait it out a little longer? please help.

Hello.

As you can see by the many comments posted here, ECP can cause period delays. A pregnancy test can give you peace of mind if you are worried.

Hello.

There is nothing to do but wait for your period. ECP can cause a period delay. You can test for pregnancy if you are worried. Pregnancy tests are accurate 14-21 days after sex.
