Hi Gentle stunner,

Thank you for that information.
If your periods continue to be shorter and it is giving you concern, please call and speak with your gynecologist.

Guide

Hello Gentle stunner,

Welcome to the EmpowHER community.

If you are in your late 40s or early 50s, this change in the length of your period and menstrual cycle might be an sign of early perimenopause. As hormone levels fluctuate, changes in the menstrual cycle are noticed.

Regards,
Maryann
