My period was 2 weeks late

Hi, my period should have started 2 weeks ago but instead I had cramping that turned into very sharp pains in the lower left abdomen. These pains make it painful to walk or move. Yesterday morning I started to spot and now I am bleeding, but not filling pads. I have moments of lightheadedness, dizziness and headaches off and on for the last 2 weeks. Also, 10 months ago I had filshie clips put on after the birth of my son. I took 2 pregnacy test, thinking I had an etopic pregnancy, but that came back negative. What could be going on? Is this cause to go get seen?

This is worth going to the ER for, yes. You may have a burst cyst or an ectopic pregnancy that is not showing up on a test - however unlikely. Please keep us posted.
