Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

If you do not want to become pregnant, it is best to use protection each time you have intercourse.

You are most likely to become pregnant if you have intercourse five days before ovulation or on the day of ovulation.

Ovulation happens in the middle of your menstrual cycle.

Count day one of your period as the first day of your menstrual cycle. Count ahead to day 14. Avoid having unprotected sex five days before, or on day 10 through day 14.

Regards,
Maryann
