My period was 3 days late it came the 4 day but not to heavy

From time to time in a woman's life she will experience irregular menstrual cycles which will include the characteristics of it changing as well. It's a matter of your hormones fluctuating. This can happen naturally or it can happen due to medication (birth control pills, emergency contraception pills, etc.)
