Bleeding for one day is not typical of a period. What are your periods usually like? How long does your period last? Was this one day of heavy or moderate flow, or just light with spotting?
Since your last period, have you had unprotected intercourse (other than on May 22?
I suggest you take a home pregnancy test. For the most accurate result, test in the morning. Use the urine when you first wake up. Next, contact your gynecologist or primary care physician. The test result will be helpful information.
